Jeremy is the son of immigrant parents from El Salvador and Ecuador. He grew up in Boynton and came to faith in Christ at a faithful Spanish-speaking church at 13 years old. He is married to Angelica and is papi to Junia. He has a B.A. in Theology from Moody Bible Institute and an M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Prior to planting The Light WPB, he helped develop Pursue Scholars (a non-profit) and was on staff at The Brook Chicago (church).
